The original building dates back to the fourteenth century. The facade preserves the Salimbeni coat of arms, carved on the portal in travertine, and also presents a window showing a stone cornice. Inside, on the right, there is a bas-relief with the Wolf of Siena and the back wall of the high altar with the Baroque marble statue, San Sebastian, by the Florentine sculptor Bartolomeo Cennini showing here his inspiration in models of Bernini (1650).
